I had a very brave yet very difficult conversation yesterday and I’ve thought about it nonstop since.
I realize that I’ve been having imaginary conversations/arguments with this person assuming I even know what he/she is feeling.
Why do I do that?
I am recognizing that I do this a lot.
Awareness is such a beautiful thing.
So my lesson for today is to stop expecting a certain reaction from someone just because it’s the reaction you’ve always received. Give them the benefit of the doubt and expect a different outcome this time. Picture a healing to occur.
It may sound woo woo, but I believe that our thoughts are creative. So picture the best outcome for whatever struggle you are going through. Don’t focus on what you don’t even know, because ultimately the only person you can control is you anyway. Quiet your mind of the made up, bullshit story FEAR is telling you.
Today’s lessons:
* Don’t assume you know what someone else is thinking.
* Stop listening to FEAR, instead…
Face Everything And Rise!
* Picture a healing to occur and peace to prevail.
* Remember, it’s all here for us to learn from and grow!
